"We wanted to do Hookah whole in Honolulu and this location came up in the search with good stars. The atmosphere is very nice so I knew that it would be a good time. Very impressed this Ground Level Lounge. The manager lady was very nice and took very good care of us. She knew all about the Shisha which was very helpful. Loved the variety of choices from CBD, THC & many others. The Shishatch was so cool to experience. Definitely will be coming back & recommended this location to others. "Perfect chill spot! Hookah was amazing, I don’t even like hookah much, but it was nice! Came here for the hubby, but I kept asking him to pass the hookah 😁. Flavor was great, we had watermelon mint, and it was crazy smooth! Atmosphere is really nice, and it’s super clean and new. We enjoyed the hookah and watched UFC and other sports on the multiple screens. Service was great also, very kind and checked on us regularly. Only snacks, regular drinks, but they have Kava as well. The staff was super attentitive and happily replacing our coals when they were burning out. We chatted with the staff about the place and the upgrades. Lots of cool improvements coming with new hookah setups. The ambiance is perfect for a group or a larger party. Hip hop was playing in the back which was perfect for me.
